He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie "Monk" and Anna Lowry (Johnson); his stepson Robert Wilkins Jr.; and his brothers, Bob Lowry and Bill Lowry.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Dagg; his children, Les Lowry (Pam) of Boulder, IL, Wayne Lowry (Rita) of Albia, IA and Annette Callen (Scott) of Albia, IA; his stepchildren, Ronda Thomas (Greg) and Del Wilkins (Debbie); his sister Peggy Gibson (Doug); and his sister-in-law Nancy Hughes of Albia, IA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
