He was predeceased by: his parents, Bety Jean (Hammond) and Jack Weis; his stepfather John Ellis; his father-in-law Tom Nicolay; and his brothers-in-law, Louie Castellari and Cal Johnson.
He is survived by: his stepfather John Elis; his wife Debbie Nicolay; his children, Amber Nicole Timmons (Weiss), Todd Anthony Weiss (Kathy) of Sandoval, IL and Kyle Anthony Weiss (Sharon) of Montross, VA.; his grandchildren, Trevor Anthony Timmons, Ariel Nicole Timmons, Mack Anthony Weiss, Morgan McKay Weiss, Brittany and Amanda Collier (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Hadlee, Zaylee, Kazan, Elias and Emmi; his sisters, Becky Johnson (Don) and Sandy Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Marcia Castellari, Lisa Watson (Tom) and John Nicolay (Kelly); and his mother-in-law Marilyn Nicolay.
