He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Jr. Betz; and his half-brother Jeff Jansen. He is survived by: his mother Linda Betz (Jansen); his siblings, Scott Betz of Centralia, Cindy Wright (Jeff) of Iowa, Tammy Betz of Centralia, Becky Reasor (Chris) of Centralia, Mary Betz of Odin and Kristy Haulk of Indiana; and his uncle George Jansen of Centralia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Jeremy's honor to the Family Wishes and will be accepted at the funeral home.
