He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack West and Nancy West (Long). He is survived by: his sisters, Karen West of Lebanon, Terry Frontzak of Lake Villa, Susan Umdenstock of Marion and Megan Hollowell (Edward) of Vandalia, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Memorials may be made in Jeff's honor to the Donor's Choice and will be accepted for the family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
