She was predeceased by: her grandmother Gale. She is survived by: her parents, Tina Foutch of Centralia and Jerome Howard, Sr. of Centralia; her siblings, Joshua Foutch, Jalil Baker, Jarren Baker, Jerome Howard, Jr. (Brittany), JaLisa Howard, Joy Howard and Alicia Howard; her aunt Crissy Morgan; her uncle Shane Morgan (Bobbie); and her son Jace. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
