He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas, Jr. Marks and Wanda Lee Marks (Clark); his uncle Dean Clark; and his aunt Francis Clark. He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Mercer; his son James Tyler Marks of Junction City, Illinois; his stepdaughters, Beth Morris of Junction City and Julia Morris of Centralia, Illinois; and his sister Janet Marks (Ivan Reynolds) of Centralia, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's honor to the Fireside House Activities Department in Centralia, Illinois, and may be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois 62801.
