He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack A. Green Sr. and Helen Green (Casseday); and his parents-in-law, Toni R. Zack Green, Raymond Zack and Elizabeth "Liz" Zack.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tamie Wooters (Jeff) of Centralia and Michele Kirchner (Brian) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Taylor Guern (Jarrod) of Odin, Zackary Weaver of Centralia, Blake Justin (Abbi) of Centralia, Calleigh Kirchner of DuQuoin, Coy Kirchner of Centralia and Nevaeh Kirchner of DuQuoin; his great grandchildren, Everly, Renlee Guern, Eli, Jack, Liam Weaver and Lola Justin; and his siblings, Judy Green Riley of Mt. Vernon and Jeff Green of Mt. Vernon.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home (235 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Life Church in Salem and will be accepted by the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street in Centralia, Illinois 62801 (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to Jack's family.
