He is survived by: his children, Amy Smith of Centralia, Melissa Russell (Bradley Murray) of Centralia, Sarah McElroy (Anthony) of Centralia, Amanda Pate (Brandon) of Kentucky, Ashley Applegate (Kris) of Centralia and Ryan Russell of Centralia; his siblings, William, Robert Smith, Vickie Campbell of Centralia, Sharon Martin of Centralia and Lola Smith of Centralia; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Lucas, Ava, Ryder, Audrey, Tessa, Madalynn, Ari, Brantley, Bentlee, Wyatt, Maesyn, Lincoln, Kamryn, Knoxley and Blayre.
