He is survived by: his wife Debbie Tinsley of Centralia; his children, Falon Louise Tinsley of Peoria and Zachary Tinsley (Tristin) of Salem; his grandchildren, Zander, Zavier, Blazer, Bobby, Allison, Rico and Raelee; his brothers, Robert "Bob" Harold Tinsley (Kay) of Centralia and Steve Tinsley (Brenda) of Centralia; his brother-in-law Ronald Davis (Geralyn) of Woodlawn; and his pets, Ellie Mae and Coco. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
