He was predeceased by: his mother Debra Gormann (Kleystuber); and his grandparents, Raymond, Peggy Gormann and Barb Kleystuber. He is survived by: his father Doug Gormann (Robin) of Centralia; his wife Mary Gormann of Centralia; his children, Cade Gormann of Centralia and Gracey Gormann of Centralia; his siblings, Doug Gormann (Tanya) of Centralia, Traci Mayfield (Brad) of Arizona, Melissa Bailey (James) of San Diego and Madison Halfacre (Caleb) of Centralia; his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Brandon Mayfield of Arizona, Kylie Gormann of Centralia, Chasey Bailey of San Diego, CA, Cash Bailey of San Diego, CA and Walker Halfacre of Centralia; and his parents-in-law, Laura Nollman of Centralia and Mitch Miller (Tammy) of Centralia.
