He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Nelson; and his grandmother Yvonne. He is survived by: his mother Kim Huff of Louisville, KY; his wife Misty Nelson; his children, Gilwan, Lamont Nelson II, Jadon Joseph Nelson and Sydney Grey Nelson; his mothers-in-law, Esty Garland of Centralia and Rebecca Anderson of Centralia; his siblings, Israel Fontanez (Heather) of Centralia, Antwan Nelson (Brandy) of Louisville, KY, Joewan Nelson (Trish) of Louisville, KY, Carlos Stone (Tamara Jones) of Louisville, KY and LuQuisher Q. Nelson of Louisville, KY; and his friend Willie Ivory of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
