He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Boles and Clementine Boles; and his former wife Myrna Kay Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Betty Prather of Centralia; his daughter Gayla Harting (Jack) of Centralia; his grandchildren, John (Karessa) of Salem, Chelsea Clark (Kyle) of Salem, Baylee Walsh (Zach White) of St. Louis, Brenden (Kylee Smith) of Carlyle and Trent Boles of Salem; his great grandchildren, Trey, Nora Gail Clark of Salem and Baby White; his siblings, Chris Boles (Cindy) of Keller, TX., Rita Boles of Centralia and Gloria Copple of Centralia; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Boles and Jamie Lord of Texas.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Centralia and St. Judes Childrens Hospital of Memphis, TN, and will be accepted for the family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
