He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Campbell and Dorothy Campbell (Sloat); and his sisters, Sharon Miller and Delores Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kent; his children, Tommy Campbell, Laura of Centralia, Amy Kuder and Brent of Centralia; his grandchildren, Richie Campbell, Kristen of Centralia, Tyler Campbell, Sunny of Centralia, Abigail Ingenrieth, Travis Beppler of Centralia and Aubrey Kuder of Centralia; his great grandchildren, Shylaa Campbell, Rhett Campbell, Oaklynn Campbell, Reagan Campbell and Tate Beppler; his siblings, Joyce Broadwater, Ron of Centralia, Bruce Campbell, Karen of Centralia, Michelle Myers and Larry of Junction City; and his brother-in-law David Miller of Centralia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins as well as bonus grandchildren and great grandchildren.
