He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Harris and Irene M. Harris; and his siblings, Jimmy Harris and Barbara J. Davis. He is survived by: his aunt Emma Webster (Hamp); his siblings, Willie Harris (Mary) of Centralia, IL, Manuel "Pete" Harris III of St. Louis, MO, Rhoda Williams (Arthur) of Detroit, Laura E. Harris of Paducah, Lena Allwood of Leavenworth and Cheryl Harris of Centralia, IL; and his sister-in-law Karla Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made in Fred's honor to the Family's Wishes and will be accepted at the funeral home.
