He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McIntosh and Mary Lou Staffey (Trammel); his grandparents, Harry and Toleta Bradley; and his daughter Amy Beth Legrand.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Amy McIntosh), Josh McIntosh of Granite City, Corey Shane (Dawnita McIntosh), Aaron (Danica McIntosh) and Ryan (Kacie McIntosh); and his siblings, Cheryl (Max Lutrell), Marilynn (Robert Martin), Marsha Trammel, Jim (Christina Trammel) and Brian McIntosh. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
