She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Johnson and Sarah Johnson (Cravens); her husbands, Owensby Cook and Clifford McGregor, Sr.; and her son-in-law Jim Sheils.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Sheils of Lucas, KS, Loretta Smith (Russell) of Centralia, IL, Jerry Cook (Karen) of Centralia, IL and Gary Cook (Kathy) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Michele Mettlen (Mitch), Debbie Hanson (Larry), Lisa Adams (Seth), Sherrie Kremer (Duane), Kristen Fletcher, Stacie LaPradd (Shawn), Brandon Cook (Tiphani) and Dylan Cook; her great grandchildren, Shelby Gillespie (Mason), Ashley Vittorio (Michael), Aaron Hanson (Katie), Amy Hanson, Drew Adams, Jenna Kremer, Katie Kremer, Owen Kremer, Lainey Fletcher, Briley Fletcher, Danielle LaPradd and Jacob LaPradd; her great great grandchildren, Dean Vittorio and Linley Vittorio; and her brother Earl Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or to the Centralia Humane Society and will be accepted by the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street in Centralia, IL 62801 (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the McGregor family.
