She was predeceased by: her husband Willie G. Scott; her daughter Tanya Outlaw; and her siblings, Denise Bowers, Alba Flagg, James Allen, Samuel, George, Julius Jr., Franklin Eugene and Larry Flagg.
She is survived by: her former husband Harold Edward Outlaw; her children, Andrea, Harold Steven Outlaw of Houston and Kelley Outlaw of Atlanta, Georgia; her brothers, Al Frank Flagg of Centralia, Illinois and James Flagg (Patricia) of Centralia, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jermaine Outlaw of Pontiac, Jamel of Senatobia, Camia O'Neal of Senatobia, Maryam, Hassan Outlaw of Burtonsville, Maryland and Kevin Shedd of San Diego, California; her great grandchildren, London Outlaw of Pontiac and Jasir O'Neal of Senatobia, Mississippi; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Flagg of Sacramento and Flora Flagg of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
