Evelyn Terry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Terry of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on July 12, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Henrickson and Evelyn Henrickson (Ferguson); her husband Dr. Wayne Terry; and her daughter-in-law Michele Terry. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Mark Terry of Venice, Fla., Cynthia Fulton of Centralia and Dr. Brian Terry (Cheryl) of LaGrange; her grandchildren, Christen Terry, Lindsay Shaw (Brian), Matthew Terry (Jenni), Sarah Atteberry (Chance) and Gregory Terry; her great grandchildren, Logan, Reagan Shaw, Carolyn and Timothy Terry; and her siblings-in-law, Jananne Threlkeld and Harold "Bud" Terry (Diane). She is also survived by seven nieces and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church or Centralia Elks Lodge 493 and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Terry Family.
