With solemn reverence, we commemorate Evelyn L. Hugo of Centralia, Illinois, born in Dahlgren, Illinois, whose life came to an end on July 5, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cross and Edna Inez Cross (Mangrum); and her brother-in-law Doug Hugo. She is survived by: her husband David Hugo of Centralia; her grandchildren, Jody of Eureka, Missouri and Leon Kehrer II of Paducah, Kentucky.; her stepchildren, Christopher Hugo, Lisa Roddy of Mt. Vernon, Cary Mattmiller (Hugo) of Mt. Vernon, Dena McCullough and Kristi-Holst-Blackman; her grandchildren, Evee Paul (Elijah), Gabe Burkeen, Addy Burkeen, Paul Burkeen, Zack Mattmiller, Lauren Mattmiller, Christopher Kehrer, Brandon Kehrer, Lea Blackman-Spitler, Megan Blackman and Reese Kruse; her brothers, Everett Cross (Wilma), Bill Cross (Carolyn) and Clyde Lee Cross (Joyce); her siblings-in-law, Diane Hanke (Larry) of Boulder, Connie Thompson (Roger), Cathy Mahlandt (Robert), Denise Robinson (Gary), Danny Hugo (Mary) and Dennis Hugo; and her close friends, Barb, Carla and Kathy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
