It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sullivan (Centralia, Illinois), who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Phelps and Lola Belle Phelps (Gordon); and her husband Robert "Jim" Sullivan. She is survived by: her daughter Suzette Ramsey (Rusty) of Memphis, TN; her grandchild Maranda Aguiniga of Bewyn, IL; her sister Carol Risinger (Johnny) of Tampa, FL; her nieces, Crystal Shippee (Rodney) of Calahan, FL and Jamie Harrelson (Jason) of Tampa, FL; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony Harrelson of Tampa, FL, Dominic Harrelson of Tampa, FL, Parker Hiday of Tampa, FL, Natalie Harrelson of Tampa, FL. and Payton Hiday of Tampa, FL..
