She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Gaskins and Lucile Gaskins; her husband Melvin Andrew Bushong; and her siblings, Marion Piccioni, Margorie Hails, Howard Gaskins, Bill Gaskins and David Gaskins.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Ann Schofield (Tom) of Edwardsville, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Amy Tucker (Jerry) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Ann Langston of Troy, Illinois and Jeremy Schofield (Heather) of Worden, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Andrew (Brittney), Christina, Jacob, Carlee (Araan), Austin (Naomi), Megan (Kyle), David, Hayden, Tyler and Ethan; and her great great grandchildren, Max, Daisy, Hazel, Ben and Haven of Theo, RJ.. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
The family asks that you consider in lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Centralia Regional Library in honor of Eileen being an avid reader and patron of the library.
