He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Sprehe and Paula Sprehe (Lehmann); and his sister Barb Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lampe (Dean) of Centralia and Daniel Sprehe of Chicago; his grandsons, Dylan Lampe of Tampa and Reed Lampe of Murray, Kentucky; and his sisters, Edith F. "Edie" Oestreich, Rowena "Winnie" Miller and Lela "Lil" Trumbo.
Memorials may be made in Ed's honor to Centralia Elks Lodge 493.
