He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Langenfeld and Clara Langenfeld (Adams); his son Gregory Langenfeld; his siblings, Paul Langenfeld and Marian Heinrichsmeyer; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Langenfeld and Ed Greene.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Langenfeld of Iuka; his daughter-in-law Diana Langenfeld of Centralia; his grandchildren, Joshua Hufford, Ashley Langenfeld, Michelle Wangler and Jonathan Langenfeld; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Wangler and Daniel Hufford; and his siblings, Jim Langenfeld of Centralia, Jane Greene of Centralia and Barbara Frisk of Lakeville, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
