With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Doyle R. Cook (Centralia, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid Cook and Geraldine Cook (Parks); and his parents-in-law, Harry and Ruby Coffman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Coffman of Centralia; his children, Kyle Cook of Centralia and Melissa Padilla (Matthew) of Washington, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Zander and Hailey Padilla; and his brothers, David Cook (Denise) of Sebastian, Dennis Cook (Shirley) of Gillman and Donald Cook (Michelle) of Midland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association or to the Shriners Hospital and will be accepted by the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street in Centralia, IL 62801 (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Cook family.
