With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doug Gibson of Centralia, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 2, 2024 at the age of 61. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doug Gibson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Ann Gibson (Leavell) and Thomas Gibson; and his brother Ronald Henry Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Eileen Miller; his daughter Miranda Gibson (Joey Kleiman) of St. Louis, Missouri; his sister Lisa Hartz (Greg) of Washington, Indiana; his brothers-in-law, Robert Marcum (Becky) and Michael Marcum; and his pets, Sidney and Belle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Doug's honor to the American Heart Association and will be accepted for his family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
