It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Belcher (Centralia, Illinois), who passed away on March 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harmon and Bernice Harmon (Williams); her daughter Debbie Parrish; and her siblings, Mary Braskett, Norma Sessions, Wilma Garner, John Harmon, Everett Harmon and Joe Harmon.

She is survived by: her spouse Vinnis "Sam" Dean Belcher; her siblings, Mae Deadmond, Shirley Ingles (Burl), Wanda Roper (George), Donna Hixenbaugh, Joyce Gelsinger, Jim Harmon (Sue), Roy Harmon and Donald Harmon (Marlene); and her grandchildren, Diana Bivins, Mark Brumfield, Amanda Plummer, Matthew Brumfield and Jennifer Yates. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
