With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnie R. Smith of Centralia, Illinois, born in Gladewater, Texas, who passed away on April 5, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donnie R. Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Smith and Marjoria Smith (Maurer); his son Michael D. Smith; and his sister Lavenia Chivario. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith of Centralia; his son Mark F. Smith (Cindy) of Centralia; his daughter-in-law Beth Kenny of Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Tyler Smith of Trenton, Jaclyn Smith (Hannah Holt), Mandy Albers (Trevor), Henry Smith of Denver and Eleanor Smith (Steven Price); and his siblings, Netje L. Woolbright (Charles) of Centralia, John Spears (Barb) of Odin and Allen Spears (Margaret) of Centralia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
