He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis William Middleton and Helen Middleton (Dickinson); and also Mryna Boles. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Middleton of Centralia; his sons, Michael Middleton (Laveta) of Centralia and Mitchell Middleton (Lori) of Centralia; and his grandchildren, Blake Middleton (Merl) of Irvington, Brandon Middleton of Edwardsville, Magoline Middleton (Kait) of Springfield and Rachel Mills (Zachary) of Evansville, Indiana. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Six Lemons and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremations Services at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Middleton Family.
