We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Delbert Livesay of Centralia, Illinois, born in Hoyleton, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer L. Livesay and Lena L. Livesay (Murray); his son Mike Livesay; his siblings, Harlen Livesay, Doris Maye Croan and Velda Boyer; and his brother-in-law Melvin DeWayne Croan.
He is survived by: his former wife Vera Louise George; his children, Terri Livesay Huttes (Randy) of Port Charlotte, Florida and Chris Livesay (Trish) of Centralia, Illinois; his grandchildren, Nick Lyons (Nicole) of Centralia, Brent Livesay (Wendy) of Dix, Megan Barton (Jake) of Walnut Hill, Matt Shaw of Houston and Josh Shaw of Houston, Texas; his great grandchildren, Jamesyn Lyons, Adelle Lyons, Keatin Lyons, Rhett Livesay and Aiden Barton; his girlfriend Mary Hetzel of Huey, Illinois; his half-sister Josephine Myers of Centralia; and his pet Gizmo.
The family asks those who are attending to please be mindful of social distancing, wear a mask, and take any health precautions necessary to ensure a healthy environment.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Livesay's honor to the Shriner's Hospital for Children and will be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
