It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deidra Sledge of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deidra Sledge to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Emery Martin, Margret Martin and Dora Mae Myers; and her parents-in-law, Brenda and Larry Sledge.
She is survived by: her parents, Eddie Wayne Nelms and Carolyn Nelms (Martin); her spouse Terry Sledge; her children, Zackery Sledge (Kelsey) of Columbus, IN and Sara Sledge (Corey Anderson) of Odin; her grandchildren, Hunter, Carter and Avia Anderson; and her siblings, Kevin Nelms (Mindy) of Centralia and Sherry Hays (Donald) of Centralia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
