He is survived by: his children, Shirley "LeeAnn" Smith of Centralia, IL, William Smith of Centralia, IL and Milo Smith-Scott of Marion, IA; his grandchildren, Celesté Rider (Justin), Juan Colin-Lopez, Andrea Colin-Lopez, Carter Smith, Hannah Smith, William Smith, Jace Smith and Nova Smith; his great grandchildren, Nikolai and Aniyah; and his siblings, Vickie Campbell of Centralia, IL, Sharon Martin of Centralia, IL, Mike Smith of Centralia, IL, Lola Smith of Centralia, IL, William Smith of Centralia, IL and Robert Smith of Centralia, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
