He is survived by: his mother Janice Featherstone (Edmison) of Salem, IL; his son Blake Featherstone of Centralia, IL; his sisters, Lisa Marcum (Scott) of Salem and Lori Ryan (Mike) of Salem; and his former wife Sandra McPhail Green. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
