He was predeceased by: his parents, Loriece Howell and Fred Howell; and his siblings, Paul Howell and Mary Redman. He is survived by: his wife Sara Howell; his children, Christina Ray (Frank) of Centralia, Danna Lewis (William) of Colp, Garrett Howell (Kate) of Columbus and Kimberly Smith (Brian) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Brynn, Annabelle, Elise, Grant, Molly, Natalie, Charlotte and Lauren; and his sisters, Charlotte Lyons (Chuck) of Centralia and Tina Quick (Steve) of Centralia. He is also survived by his family and the many pets.
