It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dana Mays of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 61, on January 23, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delano Dagg and Nadine Dagg (Jones); and her brother Kenneth Allen Dagg. She is survived by: her children, Denisha Bailey of Centralia, Dustin Sanders (Nicole) of Nashville, Drew Sanders of Centralia and Dessa Sanders (Willie Jelks) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Emmalee of James, Kynsleigh, Alexis (Robby), Caleb, Zach, Preston and Kira; her great grandchildren, Love'lynn, Honey and Kingston; and her brothers, Danny Dagg (Elaine Deadmond) of Salem and Leon Dagg (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macz Funeral Home - Centralia (234 S Elm St, Centralia, IL 62801). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dana's honor to the family.
