He is survived by: his parents, Tina Suzette Smith and William Alan Evans; his children, Taylor and Jarred Curtis Evans, Jr.; his siblings, Aron Evans, Alan Evans and Valerie Evans; his half-sisters, Kaitlyn Elliott and Lindsey Elliott; his uncles, Dan Ramey and Dewayne Ramey; and his aunt Brenda Proksha of Centralia.
Honoring his generous wish, the gift of his life was shared with four people in need through organ donation.
