He is survived by: his mother Rose Olson (Symkowski) of Centralia; his children, Conrad Olson, Jr. (Melinda) of Paxton, IL, Erica Jarosz (Arthur) of Stickney, IL, Justin Olson of Worth, IL, Jacob Olson of Willow Springs, IL and Kevin Olson of Willow Springs, IL; his grandchildren, Jayden, Juliana, Joshua, Jennalyn Olson, Isaiah, Ilias Frausto, Nathan Jarosz and Elliott Olson; and his brothers, Michael, Joey, Paul and Jerome Olson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
