She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellis and Violet Ellis (Jones); her husband Bradley Hartley; and her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Ellis and Bonnie Rowekamp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cammie Starr (Marlin) of Centralia and Kimberly Clay (Kevin) of Smyrna, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jeremy Phelps (Stephen Allen) of Centralia, Derrick Starr (Juli Starr) of Centralia, Katelyn Starr (Michael Thouvenin) of Centralia, Chelsea Hamil (Michael Bolton) of Mount Juliet and Brandon Hamil of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Jonathon Starr, Liam Starr, Oliver Starr, Owen Phelps, Mason Hamil and Addilyn Bolton; her sister Star Claxton (Dennis) of Centralia; and her nieces and nephews, Steven Koppen (Bobbie) of Centralia, Andrew Koppen of Centralia, Julie Koppen (Drake Hoskins) of St. Louis, Melissa Hering (Rick), Amber Bequette and Matthew Ellis.
