She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Stewart (Shaine) of O'Fallon, IL, Amber Tolbert (Jon) of Trenton, IL and Jodi Carpenter (Curtis) of Centralia, IL; her grandchildren, Trevor Stewart, Trenton Applegate (Ashley), Tyler Stewart, Kylie Tolbert, Brayden Carpenter and Emma Carpenter; her great grandchild Elizabeth Applegate; her sisters, Gay Ann Geiler (Tony) and Lisa Middleton; and her parents-in-law, Joann of Salem and Mike Holzhausen of Salem.
