She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Lyle Jenkins and June L. Jenkins; and her former husband William E. Simonton. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Forth of Centralia; her children, Lori Barkley (Jim) of Nicholasville, KY and W. Lyle Simonton (Jenny) of Smithton, IL; her stepdaughters, Lisa Forth of Lebanon, KY and Sheilah Forth of Centralia, IL; her sister Karen Jenkins of Long Beach, CA.; her grandchildren, Brynn, Katy Barkley of Nicholasville, KY, Will, Sydney Simonton of Smithton, IL and Brandon Creps (Chelsie) of O'Fallon, MO.; and her great grandchild Astrid Creps.
