With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles P. Phillips of Centralia, Illinois, born in Vernon, Texas, who passed away on November 23, 2020 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles P. Phillips to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Phillips and Mildred Phillips (Baker); and his stepdaughter Brandi Karcher. He is survived by: his former wife Janet Cook; his wife Patsy Karcher (Wilson); his sons, Mark Phillips of Florida and Brad Phillips of Centralia; his brother Bruce of Casper, Wyoming; and his stepdaughter Lynn Fritz of Marengo, Illinois. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to New Home Cemetery, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
