He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Hall; and his brother Kenny Hall. He is survived by: his mother Edith M. Hall (Klingenberg) of Centralia; his wife Linda Hall of Savanah; his son Joe K. Chumley (Amber Sloat); his stepchildren, Bill Radcliffe (Bethany) of Greenville, Kelly Radcliffe (David Diechman) of Shiloh and Laura McClenagan (Nick) of Glen Carbon, Illinois; and his siblings, Sam Hall of Centralia, Donna Collier (Mike) of Odin, Patty Long (Gary) of Centralia and Marsha Nichols of Centralia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
