He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Miller and Gladys Miller (Dickinson); his wife Catherine Fae Miller; and his siblings, Wanda Miller, Alice Wehrenberg, Mac McKinney of Dave McKinney, L. D, Lloyd Miller, Chet Miller, Daryll "Jerry" Miller and Clifford Miller.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Miller of Centralia and Jay Miller (Cindy) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Terry Michael Miller, Jodie Alexander (Travis), Jona Black and Mandy Bialek; and his sisters-in-law, Delores Miller, Lois Miller and Shirley Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorial Contributions in Calvin's honor are to the Centralia Relay for Life Murray Milers team.
