He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester "Butch" Johnson and Frances Johnson (Maroon); his brother Jack Johnson; his sister-in-law Mary Johnson; his sister Delores Hawley; his siblings-in-law, Calvin Hawley and Betty Johnson; and his parents-in-law, Jack Weiss and Betty Weiss Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Johnson of Centralia; his children, John Johnson of Centralia, Nathan Johnson of Centralia, Susan Peters (Jerad) of Centralia and Carrie Donoho (Ronnie) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Justin Johnson (Jen Phelps) of Centralia, Amanda McGrath (Phillip), Derek Donoho (Patty) of Centralia, Mariah Peters of Centralia, Riley Peters (Jace Swartzlander) of Centralia, Walker Johnson (Kloie Biagi) and Austin Johnson (Caelyn Musgrave) of Centralia; his great grandchildren, Willow McGrath, Wyett McGrath, Waverly McGrath, Adaleigh Donoho, Gaige Donoho and Axell Johnson; and his brothers, Don Johnson (Becky) of Centralia, Bob Johnson of Centralia and Val Gene Johnson (Jackie) of Centralia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
