He is survived by: his parents, Randy Chapman of Centralia and Cheryl Peak of Centralia; his daughter Halie Chapman of St. Louis, Missouri; and his siblings, Shawn Chapman (Christina) of St. Louis, Scott Chapman (Brandy) of St. Louis, Devon Chapman, Aspen Clegg (Chris) of Centralia and Alyssa Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
