He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jefferson Overturf and Sarah Melissa Overturf (Whitlow); and his brother Evan Overturf. He is survived by: his wife Betty Overturf of Centralia; his daughters, Kathryn Rapp of Centralia and Sharon Stack (Stanley) of Belleville, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Kerry Pitchford (B. J. Lamb) of Centralia, Gena Albert (Scott) of Carbondale, Erin Cook (Ryan) of Belleville and Ryan Stack of Westminster. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
