He was predeceased by: his parents, O. L. McClanahan and Bertha L. McClanahan (Konhorst); and his siblings, Charles McClanahan, Orval McClanahan, Dean McClanahan, Jay McClanahan and Marjorie Mannen.
He is survived by: his niece Sharon Ervin (Randy) of Dewey, IL..
