We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2023, at the age of 59, Billy Gene Melton of Centralia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Melton and Wanda Melton (Eskew); and his siblings, Mary Barnett, Robert Tolbert and Danny Tolbert.
He is survived by: his former wife Kimberly Gayle Clegg; his sons, Christopher Clegg (Aspen) of Centralia and Justin Clegg (William) of Centralia, B. J.; his grandchildren, Rylie, Christopher, Jaden, Brady, Mackinley, Alexaundria, Aspen, Justin Jr., Colton, Abagail, Makaylynn, Hunter, Brynlee, William, Arial, David, Melony, Waylon and Brentley; his brother Rick Melton; his niece Summer Claybourn; his sons, Mark Newcomb and Jordan Powell; and his close friend Gary Hixenbaugh. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.
