He is survived by: his wife Dee Dee Howell of Centralia; his children, Misty Cannon (Troy) of Iuka, Cory Howell of Florida, Dusty Howell of Centralia, Lacey Moore (Justin) of Sandoval and Garrett Howell (Alyssa Morris) of Centralia; and his siblings, Larry Howell of Mt. Vernon, Michelle Gaines of Tennessee and Debbie Karch of Dwight. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
