She was predeceased by: her former husbands, William A. Smith and Robert O. Smith; her children, Randy Smith and Debbie McClain; and her siblings, Mildred and Ernie.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Telford; her son Steven Smith (Charlene) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Chris Smith (Rachel) of St. Charles, MO, Jennifer Moll (Justin) of Bridgeton, MO, Jeremy McClain (Kathy) of Centralia, Jodie Tellefsen (Frank) of Centralia, Shawn Smith (Maria) of West Bend, Scott Smith (Holly) of Grand Rivers, KY, Dana Gowler (Travis) of Mt. Vernon and Melinda Smith of Flora; and her great grandchildren, Blade Tellefsen, Bradden Tellefsen, Elle McClain, Hesleigh, Raegan Smith, Lydia Smith, Chase and Sadie Gowler.
