She was predeceased by: her parents, Oran Overton and Maxine Moore (Daniel); her husband Donald Louis Middleton; and her siblings, Jackie Sue Flemming (Sam) and Jack Butch Moore (Rosey).
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Middleton (Laveta) of Centralia and Mitch Middleton (Lori) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Blake Middleton (Merrill), Brandon Middleton (Jessica), Magoline Middleton (Kait) and Rachel Mills (Zach); her great grandchildren, Blake Middleton Jr., Blane Middleton and Theo Mills; and her siblings, Terry Moore (Chen Chen) and Jerri Chapman (Rick). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Betty's honor to Six Lemons and will be accepted for the family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
